Fit Inn Goat Yoga and Strength Wild Workouts
GOAT YOGA (Wild Workouts) is a unique, surprisingly relaxing and a welcome break, a time for disconnecting with day-to-day stress, politics, drama, work and/or depression.
Fit Inn has kicked up the popular Goat Yoga a notch to include not only our friendly goats Joy, Mercy, Passion, Peace, Hope, Faith, Sunshine & Elvis. We also have our less than graceful pig named Grace, Jack and Jill, Giant Flemish Bunnies, 29 Hot Chicks and Baby Miracle❤️
Now you know why I call our Goat Yoga a "Wild Workout!
The Wild Ones force us to be light-hearted and not take every little thing so seriously. Giving us 2 hours of Healthy, Happy Fun!
Bonus Core work and Face Lift!!....from the belly laughs and the constant smile you will have for the entire workout!
It’s not your typical yoga & strength training experience. Upon entry to our Funny Farm you and your friends will instantly put you in a Good Mood while getting in your WOD (workout of the day).
Goat Yoga and Strength Wild Workouts is a time to focus on positive, happy vibes pushing you into having a hilarious, and weirdly calming time.

All ages, abilities and sizes are encouraged to attend!
IDEAL to bring a unique experience for any celebration! Birthday parties, family reunions, friends, bridal parties, girls/guys night out, corporate events, fundraisers....
